Email a web page?
Okay, my mother is a teacher helping some students make a fashion show…
My problem is that they have a press release to email out, but its a work document, and they don’t want to loose their precious formatting, so I’m about to turn it into a web page. (In dreamweaver.) (They do not want to copy pasta.)
But, How do I embed it into an email so the pictures will be displayed?
The email they plan to send it out on is (There are three.)
1. Microsoft Outlook
2.AOL
3.Gmail
They want to send it out on Outlook, but I have no clue what protocols each support.
FYI I’m using OS X 3.9
there are 2 ways to send a press release.
1 put it on the web and send the URL.
2 e-mail a pdf.
Nothing else is guaranteed to work in all e-mail clients!
a simple e-mail announcing the press release with the url for them to click is the BEST way. The link can go to an html web page or a pdf link!!!
And OS X has all the code to create PDF files built in!!!
