Help with job application?

I went to an open interview for a job at a new movie rental store this morning. I filled out the application and had an interview. At the end they asked me if I would like to start this week and to come back tonight at 5:30 to do some paperwork. They did not see my application, and on it a question read something like “do you have any felonies or are you currently facing any charges”?

Last month I got three misdemeanor charges (2 for alcohol and 1 for wanton endangerment, which is bogus by the way) So I was wondering if this could keep them from hiring me after they see this. I dont have any felonies by the way

Put them on the application and be prepared to plead your case. In most companies – lying on your application results in your being automatically fired ‘for cause.’
